Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Robertson Public House & Kitchen known as a destination for discerning diners and an institution for weddings and events. Steeped in history and renowned for its fine food and friendly atmosphere, it proudly continues as a spiritual home of the Southern Highlands.

Robertson Public House is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Cook to join their team.

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

- Confidence in their cooking abilities
- Creativity and high presentation standards
- Ability to create dishes with consistency
- Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine
- Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes




- Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements
- Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
- Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality

To be considered for the position you must possess the following:

- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure setting
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
- Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner
