This role reports to VECRA’s Deputy General Counsel and sits within a six-member in-house legal team, including the General Counsel and 3 Senior Solicitors.
The Solicitor will provide practical legal advice on regulatory and public law matters, with a robust emphasis on child safety, procedural fairness and statutory powers.
