Trippas White Group is seeking a Theatre Bars Supervisor to help run bar operations at the Sydney Opera House. You’ll lead a large team through pre-show, interval, matinee and post-show service, delivering fast, friendly service to thousands of theatre-goers across our bars.

This role requires proven experience supervising a bar or hospitality team, current RSA certification, a calm under pressure approach, robust communication, and availability for evenings and show-based rosters.
