They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property Manager to join their innovative and agile residential property management team.





Work onsite at a brand-new luxury building located in inner Brisbane, situated in a busy precinct close to shops and cafes.

The Assignment:

- Work in one of Brisbane's most desired buildings
- Support Property Management across multiple luxury inner city buildings
- Conduct Inspections, Liaise with owners & tenants & build lasting relationships!
- Easy-going body corporates with a great established relationship
- Incredible chance for someone looking to break into Onsite Property Management and learn about development as well as building management

The Successful Candidate:

- Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong legislation knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
