Role Description The Logistics Manager at ACCEP - Asociación de Centros Comerciales y Entretenimiento del Perú will oversee the coordination of logistics operations supporting member shopping and entertainment centers. This part-time, remote role includes planning and managing inventory flows, monitoring order fulfillment, and coordinating with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

The Logistics

Manager will analyze logistics data to optimize supply chain processes, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular reports on inventory levels, lead times, and transportation performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, addressing logistics-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to coordinate end-to-end operations effectively.
- Solid proficiency in Inventory Management to track stock levels, prevent shortages,



and support accurate forecasting.
- Experience in Procurement to manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Solid Customer Service skills to respond to member center needs and resolve logistics issues promptly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics or ERP software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in en_US; Spanish language skills are an asset.
- Previous experience in retail, commercial centers, or entertainment industry logistics is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
