Who we're looking for? We're interested in speaking with experienced maintenance professionals who have a strong background in surface mobile equipment within the mining industry.

You'll ideally be someone who has:

- Led large mobile maintenance teams in a mining workplace
- Built and developed high-performing crews
- Strong knowledge of heavy mobile mining equipment and maintenance practices
- A track record of improving safety, reliability and maintenance performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to hold people accountable while developing those around you

We're also keen to hear from high-performing Maintenance Superintendents who are ready to step into a Maintenance Manager position and believe they have the capability to take that next step.
