About the role

Are you an experienced Maintenance Fitter seeking a new challenge? TSM Engineering Pty Ltd, based in Berrinba QLD 4117, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Fitter to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs and adjustments as required

- Liaise with production teams to plan and coordinate maintenance activities

- Implement best practices and procedures to improve equipment reliability and productivity

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts used

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the maintenance function

What we're looking for

- Formal trade qualification as a maintenance fitter, with 3+ years of relevant experience

- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

- Working knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently





- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production and other maintenance staff

- Valid Australian work rights are required for this position
