Join a plastics manufacturing site supporting maintenance and production. Lead a small team while staying hands-on with mechanical maintenance and repairs.

- Monday–Friday, Dayshift 5:00am–2:00pm
- Step-Up Chance: Progress into a more senior leadership role over the next few years, potentially moving to 90% leadership / 10% hands-on with greater responsibility for inventory and maintenance management.
You will do
- Team Leadership: Lead and support around 5 staff (maintenance and production).
- Workshop: Allocate jobs and coordinate daily workshop activities.
- Maintenance: Diagnose,
repair and maintain equipment, including injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshooting: Handle mechanical issues and basic PLC fault-finding.
- Improvement: Help move maintenance systems from paper to digital and bring outsourced work in-house.
You have
- Cert III in Mechanical or Electrical
- Mechanical Fitter background preferred
- Previous Leading Hand / Supervisory experience
