I’m recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded accounting and advisory firm known for delivering tailored solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. In this leadership role, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio and play a key part in shaping client outcomes. Your work will span compliance, advisory and relationship management, with the autonomy to deliver high‑quality service without the pressure of timesheets.

You will:

- Manage a portfolio of SMEs, partnerships, trusts and high‑net‑worth clients
- Review and prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance documentation
- Deliver practical advisory services including budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management




- Provide proactive tax planning strategies to optimise client outcomes
- Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Build solid, long‑term client relationships grounded in trust and commercial insight

About You: You’ll bring a blend of technical capability, commercial thinking and genuine client care.

- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- 4–6 years’ experience in business services or public practice
- Tax licence preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
- Excellent communication skills and a client‑first mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
- Experience with Xero, MYOB or APS
