One of our federal Government clients is seeking to engage Manual/Dynamics 365 (D365) Tester AND Senior Test Analyst (Enterprise Resource Planning solutions and/or ServiceNow) for QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, TAS location .

1-Senior Test Analyst (Enterprise Resource Planning solutions and/or ServiceNow) - APS6 Level

Key duties and responsibilities Test Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited, to:
- Working within multiple development teams to understand the scope of product releases and work with the team to develop acceptance criteria based on business objectives, functional requirements, and service level requirements.
- Development of test plans, test scenarios and/or test scripts for a specific release
- Undertake testing activities including functional, integration and regression testing for each release cycle.
- Report and track the resolution of issues as they are found in testing.
- Assist with issue triaging
- Develop test reports

It is desirable test analysts have experience in:
- Enterprise Resource Planning solutions and/or
- ServiceNow

Essential criteria

- 1.• Experience in test process including preparation, execution, and reporting. • Communication skills to be part of a positive team culture. • Ability to engage and collaborate internally with other key IT areas, project teams, business areas, and external service providers. • Ability to work independently and be a self-motivated individual. • Strong conceptual, analytical, and interpretive skills with high level of attention to details. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

Desirable criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science (or other relevant discipline).
- Experience in DevOPs • Demonstrated testing experience across Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
- Demonstrated testing experience across the ServiceNow platform

Our client is seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join the Case Management Solution Program team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

· Extensive experience in designing, documenting and executing test plans.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills to be able to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly

· Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively, develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Experience using Jira, Confluence and case management systems

· Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, solution architects and product owners to clarify requirements and support successful delivery

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to troubleshoot D365 behaviours, validate data flows and provide transparent defect documentation

Key duties and responsibilities

Demonstrated experience:

1. Demonstrated experience in performing comprehensive manual testing across enterprise business applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments.
2. Proven capability in delivering System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT) and End to End (E2E) testing for D365 modules, ensuring alignment with business processes, configurations and customisations
3. Hands-On experience testing D365 applications or related modules including validation of workflows, forms, security roles, data migration and custom extensions
4. Experience validating D365 integrations with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and third-party systems ensuring data accuracy, error handling and end to end flow integrity
5.



Demonstrated ability to design, maintain and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, traceability matrixes based on functional, technical and business requirements and commitment to quality assurance best practices.
6. Proven experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for test management, defect tracking, requirement traceability and reporting.

Desirable
1. Basic understanding of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright
2. Familiarity with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, GitHub) for running automated tests
3. Ability to troubleshoot basic automation failures
