Role Description The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of marketing activities that promote CRED’s mission and initiatives. This part-time remote role involves assisting with market research, collecting and organizing data on target audiences, and supporting communication campaigns across digital channels.

The person in this role will help prepare marketing materials, coordinate simple outreach activities, and provide basic customer service to partners, organizations, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include updating content, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

The Marketing

Assistant will also support sales and marketing coordination efforts that strengthen CRED’s ecosystem and visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.




- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze findings to support marketing decisions.
- Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries professionally and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
- Foundational Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support outreach, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Comfort working in an innovation- and data-focused context; interest in digital transformation and public sector initiatives is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is beneficial.
