Role Description

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels. The role involves assisting with campaign development, content creation, social media management, digital advertising, market research, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing and publishing digital content, managing social media channels, supporting email marketing and online advertising activities, conducting market and competitor research, and monitoring campaign performance. The role also involves analyzing marketing data, preparing reports, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, content marketing, social media,



email marketing, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or other digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics, campaign performance metrics, and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media management tools, and basic SEO concepts is preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new marketing technologies and trends.
