About HungryPanda
Founded in 2017, HungryPanda is currently the largest overseas Chinese food delivery platform. The food delivery service of HungryPanda started in Nottingham, UK. With extensive market coverage and rapid expansion, HungryPanda has now spread to 10 countries in the UK, France, Italy, the United States, Canada, Australia, Current Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore of more than 60 cities.
Following the completion of the D round of financing of US$130 million in 2021, HungryPanda continued to expand its territories and opened up a new business territory "PandaFresh" an Asian-oriented fresh food e-commerce business, and "VouchersPanda" In-store consumption platform. Role 1 : Marketing Specialist (Campaign)
Key Responsibility:
- Platform Operations and Event Planning:
- Plan and execute platform operations to boost user engagement.
- Design and optimize English email marketing campaigns to support platform activities and operational goals.
- Market Expansion and Partnerships:
- Develop existing partnerships with Western businesses and universities.
- Expand channel cooperation and organize offline promotional activities.
- Manage procurement and logistics for promotional materials to ensure smooth execution of events.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in internet operations and market expansion, with a focus on platform operations and event planning preferred.
- Familiar with the local market and experienced in cooperating with Western businesses and universities
- Strong event planning and execution skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of driving cross-department collaboration.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate and create content in both languages.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Communication, or related fields preferred.
Role 2 : Social Media Executive – Xiaohongshu & Douyin

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our Xiaohongshu (RED) and Douyin accounts.
- Plan, create and publish engaging content, including posts and short-form videos.
- Stay on top of platform trends and optimise content topics, captions, covers and formats to improve reach and engagement.
- Track content performance and provide regular insights to improve account growth.
KOL / KOC Management
- Identify, approach and manage relevant KOLs and KOCs across Xiaohongshu and Douyin.
- Coordinate the full collaboration process, including briefing, content review, posting schedules and campaign delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators and continuously grow our influencer network.
- Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance.
Livestream Operations
- Support the planning and execution of livestream campaigns, including campaign mechanics, content planning and run sheets.
- Coordinate with livestream hosts, merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor livestream performance and support post-campaign reviews and optimisation.
Campaign Support
- Support social media campaigns, brand partnerships and merchant promotions across Xiaohongshu and Douyin.
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Design teams to deliver campaigns on time.
About You
- Strong understanding of Xiaohongshu and Douyin, including platform trends, content formats and user behaviour.
- Previous experience in social media, content creation, influencer marketing or livestream operations is preferred.
- Strong Chinese copywriting skills with a good sense of content and visual trends.
- Highly organised with strong communication and execution skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple creators, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in food delivery, F&B;, e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus.
Role 3 :
National Key Account Manager (NKA) – ANZ
About the Role
HungryPanda is looking for a commercially driven National Key Account Manager to grow and manage strategic partnerships with leading restaurant, retail and enterprise brands across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will focus on developing national-level partnerships, managing key accounts from initial engagement through to launch and ongoing growth, and working closely with internal teams across Australia and our global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with national restaurant chains, QSR, retail and other strategic accounts
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including Head Office, E-commerce, Operations, Marketing and Commercial teams
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals and contract negotiations
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation through to onboarding, launch and account growth
- Develop joint business plans, promotional campaigns and growth initiatives with key partners
- Analyse account performance and identify opportunities to increase orders, revenue and customer acquisition
- Coordinate with internal Marketing, Operations, Product, Tech, Finance and Legal teams to deliver partner projects
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Australian food delivery, QSR and retail landscape
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships or Commercial roles
- Experience working with national brands, QSR, food delivery, retail, e-commerce or technology platforms is highly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into commercial opportunities
- Able to independently manage multiple national-level projects and stakeholders
- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role involves regular communication and negotiation with both English-speaking external partners and Chinese-speaking internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Australian business culture and professional communication standards
