Job Purpose

· Serve as an important member of the Marketing team

· Update and maintain customer information database

· Maintain the current markets and develop new markets

· Report to the Marketing Manager

Job Responsibility

1. developing, implementing and monitoring a variety of marketing campaigns;
2. organizing and managing daily/weekly job schedules and formulating marketing strategies;

3. liaison with clients;
4. meeting customers, processing documents for sales;
5. issuing quotations/invoices; &
6. general administration duties.

Job Requirements:

1.



Minimum 1 year experience in an office setting, preferably in a position relevant to Marketing;
2. Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
3. Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Ability to speak a second language highly regarded.
