Masseuse Health Co. is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist with broad generalist marketing skills to help bring our brands, products and campaigns to life.

This is a varied, hands-on role spanning campaigns, digital, eCommerce, content, social media, email, SMS, product launches, partnerships and events. You'll be resourceful, learn quickly and be comfortable figuring things out and getting things done!

Who Are You?

You're a marketing generalist who loves wearing multiple hats.

One day you might be coordinating a product launch or briefing creative. Next, you could be building an EDM, updating a website, researching competitors, organising content or helping bring an event to life.

You're creative, proactive, resourceful and highly organised, with a killer eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Most importantly, you're comfortable being given a goal and figuring out how to make it happen. You don't need step-by-step instructions — you ask the right questions, find solutions and keep things moving.

You're also AI-savvy, using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms to research, brainstorm, write,



analyse and problem-solve — while applying your own critical thinking and judgement.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaigns & eCommerce

Own marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches from planning through to execution.

Manage website and eCommerce updates including products, landing pages, imagery, pricing and promotions, while contributing to SEO, SEM, analytics, optimisation and conversion initiatives.

Content, Copy & Social

Create and coordinate on-brand content across websites, social media, EDMs, SMS, TV advertising, brochures, product guides, manuals and other marketing collateral.

Plan and execute social activity, coordinate creative assets and use tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to bring ideas to life.

Email, SMS & Digital Marketing

Build, test and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, QA and optimisation.

Support broader digital initiatives to improve customer engagement, acquisition and retention.

AI & Marketing Technology

Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, copywriting, competitor analysis, campaign development and problem-solving.

Explore smarter ways to use AI, automation and emerging marketing technology to improve efficiency and performance.

Influencers, Content & Partnerships

Coordinate influencer and ambassador partnerships, content shoots, customer testimonials and video production.

Work with internal teams, agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and other partners to deliver content and campaigns.

Product Launches & Events

Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer service and operations to bring new products and campaigns to market.

Help coordinate trade shows, roadshows, pop-ups, product demonstrations and other events,



including creative, collateral and logistics.

Research, Performance & Coordination

Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities and new ideas.

Coordinate marketing agencies, suppliers and external partners, monitor marketing performance and ensure activity is accurate, compliant and consistent with the brand.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce or a similar generalist marketing role.

- Broad marketing experience across multiple channels and projects.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.

- Solid project management, organisational and communication skills.

- Incredible attention to detail.

- Experience with websites, social media, digital content, email and SMS marketing.

- Confidence using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools.

- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

- Ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects.

- A genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness and longevity.

Experience with Shopify, SEO, SEM, analytics, influencer marketing, advertising, events, automation or video production will be highly regarded — but you don't need to be a specialist in every area.
