Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, proactive, and patient-focused Clinic Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic, providing outstanding customer service, supporting healthcare providers, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and skilled environment for patients and staff.
The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for front-desk operations, patient coordination, appointment management, documentation, telephone and email communication, basic financial administration, inventory management, and supporting doctors and administrative teams to ensure clinic sessions run smoothly.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, based on clinic operating requirements.
- Daily working hours may vary depending on doctor schedules and clinic sessions.
- Weekly rosters will be communicated in advance.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a receptionist who is professional, enthusiastic, highly organized, patient-focused,
detail-oriented, and proactive. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment, managing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and supporting doctors and administrative teams to ensure every clinic session operates smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, medical receptionist, clinic administrator, or administrative assistant, preferably within a healthcare or medico-legal setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage appointments, documentation, calls, emails, inventory, and patient enquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, invoicing systems, patient management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using clinic management systems is desirable; familiarity with Gentu/OPSA will be advantageous.
- High attention to detail when managing patient records, documentation, financial transactions, and inventory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong focus on patient service.

- Hourly rate: (Hourly Rate: 25 to 27 AUD), based on experience and skill set.
