About the Role As a Medical Receptionist, you will be an significant part of our patients' experience, providing friendly and professional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing payments and Medicare claims




- Managing patient records and correspondence
- Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service

About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Previous medical reception experience highly desirable
- Warm, friendly and professional
- Confident communicating with patients and healthcare professionals
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- Reliable, punctual and a great team player
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
