Casual Medical Receptionist

About the role

We're on the lookout for a casual medical receptionists to join Jupiter Health and Medical Services throughout multple locations south of the river. We pride ourselves on providing high level care to patient, we believe accuracy, empathy, and composure truly matter. You will be the first point of contact for patients who may be anxious or unwell, and your professionalism will set the tone for their entire experience.

This role provides the front-line services and has the responsibilities of guiding our patients through administrative and financial aspects of their treatment, this is not a routine front-desk position.

This role requires flexibility and availability, covering a range of morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts as required.

What we're looking for

· Previous experience as a medical receptionist

· Experience with Best Practice software will be highly regarded





· Robust communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

· Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems

· A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour

· A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

· A positive and motivated attitude
