We are looking for a proactive, safety-conscious MEM Coordinator. With robust workshop experience and practical leadership skills. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for developing and building a workshop and team to maintain a safe and reliable fleet of underground and surface mobile equipment

Our Equipment

· CAT R1300 and CAT R1700 Underground Loaders

· Sandvik DD311 and Axera 7 Drill Rigs

· Toro 50+ Trucks

Is this you?

· A trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic

· Have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Heavy Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic?

· Hold a Truck licence?

· Have strong diagnostics and repair capabilities across heavy plant?





· Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills?

· Demonstrated supervisory or leading hand experience within mining, heavy equipment, or heavy industrial environments.

· Do you have a commitment to quality and safety?

Desirable (not essential) tickets or experience that you may have

· Auto Electrical Experience

· Forklift Licence

· Dogging Ticket

· Provide First Aid Certificate

· Working at Heights and Confined Space

Eligibility

· Australian Working Rights

· Australian C Class Drivers Licence

· National Police check clearance

· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screen
