About the Role

As Membership Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members and a trusted presence for existing ones. You'll manage enquiries, guide the onboarding process, support reporting and help foster the sense of connection, engagement and belonging that makes Tattersall's more than just a club.

Key Capabilities

- A strong commercial mindset with a business development focus
- A natural relationship-builder who creates genuine connections with members and prospects




- The ability to work flexibly, calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Exceptional personal presentation and high-quality customer service skills
- Confidence liaising across a broad range of stakeholders

- Robust attention to detail and planning ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in membership acquisition programs and engagement journeys
- Event management experience is a bonus, not essential

Essential Requirements

- 3 years' experience in membership or customer service role
- A proven track record of driving membership growth
