What we're looking for

- Proven experience in sales, membership or customer service roles,



ideally within the health and fitness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when managing administrative tasks
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software (training will be provided)
- A genuine passion for women's health, fitness and wellbeing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Qualified appearance and a friendly, positive attitude
- Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and peak hours as required
- Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it (desirable)
