Papi’s Birria Tacos is one of Sydney’s most exciting and authentic Mexican taquerias, known for our slow-cooked birria, street-style tacos, and vibrant dining atmosphere. We are a fast-growing brand with locations across Sydney, and we’re looking for reliable and energetic team members to join our back-of-house crew.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Back of House staff member to support our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a busy team helping us deliver great food and great vibes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and cooking tasks
- Washing, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
- Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Running Smooth Service
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential – we provide training)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Reliable, punctual,
and a good team player
- Weekend and evening availability is essential
