Aspect Engineering is seeking an experienced MEX Consultant (CMMS Implementation Specialist) to lead the technical implementation for our growing Nobles Nob Gold Project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and optimisation of the MEX maintenance management system, including system design, configuration, workflow development, user permissions, reporting frameworks and maintenance strategies.

- Conduct system readiness assessments and manage the migration, cleansing, validation and integration of asset, maintenance, inventory and operational data from legacy systems into MEX.

- Develop and implement standardised maintenance processes, preventive maintenance programs, work order workflows, inventory structures and performance reporting to support operational readiness objectives.

- Coordinate user acceptance testing, system troubleshooting and post go-live support, working closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams and the MEX vendor to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

- Deliver role-based training, mentor system champions and ensure all system configurations, standards and procedures are accurately documented to support long-term system adoption and operational effectiveness.

- Monitor project progress, risks and implementation milestones, providing regular updates and recommendations to project stakeholders while identifying opportunities to improve maintenance reliability, planning and asset performance.

Qualifications & Experience:





- Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring and optimising MEX CMMS within mining, heavy industry or other asset-intensive environments.

- Strong background in maintenance planning, reliability, asset management or CMMS/EAM administration, with a sound understanding of preventive maintenance, asset criticality, inventory management and work order processes.

- Proven experience managing data migration, data cleansing, system integration and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational effectiveness.

- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical industry experience.

- Experience delivering user training, stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support successful system adoption and ongoing utilisation.
