:

Role Summary The Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect is responsible for end to end architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across customer engagement, finance & operations, and the core Power Platform. This role works onsite with business and IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high performance Dynamics solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead architecture, design, and technical ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (CRM, CE, F&O;, Power Platform).
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise and cloud architecture standards.
- Define integration patterns with Azure services, third party SaaS, and on prem systems.
- Create solution artifacts including architecture diagrams, data models, governance standards, and design documentation.

Delivery & Implementation

- Oversee and guide configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Ensure best practices around security, performance, scalability, availability, and compliance.
- Support data migration, testing strategy, deployment planning, and production readiness.
- Act as the technical authority during onsite delivery, workshops, and design reviews.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams,



and delivery partners during onsite engagements.
- Facilitate solution workshops, architecture reviews, and executive level discussions.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with Microsoft and implementation partners when required.

Governance & Best Practices

- Establish and enforce Dynamics governance standards for customization, extensions, ALM, and security.
- Mentor developers, functional consultants, and technical leads on Dynamics architecture and best practices.
- Contribute reusable components, reference architectures, and delivery accelerators.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture.
- 5+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE / F&O;).
- Proven experience delivering large scale Dynamics implementations, preferably in onsite or consulting environments.

Technical Skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
- Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions)
- Understanding of ALM, CI/CD, security models, and performance tuning.

Qualified Skills

- Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
- Leadership skills to guide cross functional onsite teams.
