We are currently seeking a highly organised Migration Assistant to join their small, close-knit team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a corporate caseload of immigration matters under the direct supervision of a registered migration agent.
- Prepare skills assessments and various visa applications.
- Draft correspondence and proactively gather and track supporting documentation to meet submission timelines.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients via email and phone to assist with processes and procedures.
- Utilise Migration Manager to update databases, efficiently monitor cases, and track critical deadlines and expiry dates.
- Maintain accurate client notes to assist with overall file management.
What You Bring
- Essential prior experience in Australian migration, specifically preparing and lodging various visa applications.
- Strong working knowledge of procedural requirements and client processes for different visa types.
- High-level computer literacy with demonstrated, hands-on experience using Migration Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management and analytical skills to work independently and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to anticipate work requirements and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
