Our client is looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their team. This is a outstanding prospect for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable steel fabrication company.

The Role

Working as part of the fabrication team, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating a range of steel components and structures, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality, accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- MIG welding and steel fabrication
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- Measuring, cutting, fitting and assembling steel components
- Completing welding and fabrication work to a high standard
- Using a range of hand and power tools
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working both independently and as part of a team

About You

We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in welding and fabrication
- Is confident with MIG welding




- Can read and understand basic engineering/fabrication drawings
- Has strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a solid work ethic and reliable attitude
- Is committed to workplace health and safety
