As a Poolwerx Service Technician, you aren't just cleaning filters; you are a field investigator. You'll diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and chemical puzzles, engineer on-the-spot solutions, and restore complex systems to peak performance. Swimming pools are mini aquatic ecosystems. When a filtration system shuts down, an automated salt-chlorinator fails, or water chemistry goes out of balance, you'll see a system waiting to be solved.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic leaks, electrical faults, pressure drops, and pump failures
- Analyze complex water samples and calculate precise chemical dosing to re-balance biological systems
- Install, repair, and upgrade automated controllers, heat pumps, robotic cleaners, and filtration units
- Explain why a system failed and clearly present the most effective fix to clients
About you
- You love taking things apart to figure out how they work—and putting them back together better than before.
- You have a knack for fault-finding across mechanics, hydraulics, or basic electrical systems
- You're self-motivated, methodical, and enjoy having the autonomy to solve real-world problems in the field
- You hold a valid driver's license and take pride in leaving every job site better than you found it.
Advantages
- Find the Better Way: We back people who innovate and streamline how things get done
- Fully equipped mobile workshop vehicle provided
- Industry-leading technical training and certifications
