Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Mortgage Broker – Commercial expert at Alliance Private. The role involves originating and managing commercial finance opportunities, including property, development, and specialist lending transactions.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, structuring appropriate finance solutions, preparing and submitting loan applications, and managing lender relationships throughout the approval process. The broker will conduct financial analysis,



review client documentation, and maintain accurate records to support productive deal execution. Day-to-day work also includes advising clients on debt structuring, refinancing options, and funding strategies while adhering to regulatory, compliance, and responsible lending requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong commercial mortgage broking capabilities with skills in Mortgage Brokers and Brokerage.
- Solid finance and lending expertise with skills in Finance and Debt Consolidation.
- Experience in client acquisition and brand building using Mortgage Marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to structure and negotiate commercial loan solutions across various funders.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian lending regulations, compliance standards, and responsible lending practices.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial documentation and credit assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Established network of lender and referral relationships in commercial property or business lending is highly desirable.
