Indigenous Managed Services (IMS) is currently seeking experienced Civil Operators and Construction Workers for ongoing work based in Bunbury, WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for local candidates looking for consistent, ongoing employment within civil construction and road maintenance projects.
What's on Offer?

- Bunbury-based – local role
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 6:00am – 5:30pm
- 10–11 hour days
- Home every night – no FIFO required
- Opportunity to work across a variety of civil and road maintenance activities
Multi-Skilled Operators We are particularly interested in experienced operators with competency across one or more of the following:
- Loader
- Excavator
- Roller
- Skid Steer
- Watercart
Candidates with experience operating multiple items of plant will be highly regarded.
Civil & Construction Workers We would also like to hear from candidates with hands-on experience in:
- Carpentry
- Structures
- Drainage
- Concreting
- Road construction and maintenance
- General civil construction
- Labouring and supporting plant operations
- Working safely around mobile plant and construction crews
About You To be considered,
you will ideally have:
- Previous civil construction and/or road maintenance experience
- HR driver's license – required
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's license
- Relevant plant operating experience and tickets/competencies
- Solid understanding of workplace and construction safety requirements
- Ability to work 10–11 hour days
- Reliable transport and ability to work locally in the Bunbury area
- A reliable attitude and strong work ethic
