- Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting people with complex behaviours.
- Experience implementing and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
- Experience working with participants requiring high-intensity support.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
