We are a family-owned and values-driven NDIS provider of in home supports. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Service Delivery Lead, you'll be the key link between our participants, their support networks, and our support workers. You'll ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with NDIS standards – all while maintaining a solid focus on advocacy, choice and control for our participants.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll oversee a diverse participant caseload, manage and develop support teams to deliver on our participants goals, and play a critical role in ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement across our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and review participant documentation (Service Agreements, Support Plans, Risk Assessments, etc.)
- Build, develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships (participants, families, coordinators, allied health, etc.)
- Provide supervision, training and guidance to support teams, ensuring compliance and quality of care
- Manage and review incidents,
including staff and participant follow-up
- Lead staff in complex or emergency situations with confidence and professionalism
- Advocate for participants to access funding, supports, and meaningful activities
- Maintain compliance with NDIS standards and ensure audit readiness
- Work collaboratively with the management team to identify and implement service improvements
- Participate in on-call duties, as required
What You'll Bring
- You are a people person: excellent communication, leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in NDIS service management, case management, or similar disability support role.
- Diploma certification in a related field preferred
- Robust understanding of the NDIS framework and quality standards
- NDIS Worker Screening & Blue Card
- Current Driver's License
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted right to work in Australia
