At Care Cove Support Services, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants and their families. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Support/Development Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the NDIS landscape, has strong industry connections, and is passionate about building meaningful relationships that improve participant outcomes.

About the Role

As a Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding our network, strengthening referral pathways, and supporting participant onboarding and engagement. You will work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and community stakeholders to promote our services and grow the organisation sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the NDIS sector
- Engage with participants, families, support coordinators, and referral partners
- Identify and secure new participant referrals and business opportunities
- Support participant onboarding and intake processes
- Represent the organisation professionally within the community




- Maintain accurate records and communication while working remotely
- Collaborate with management to support business growth initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in NDIS business development.
- Proven track record of successful referral conversions and client engagement outcomes.
- Ability to work remotely with precision, professionalism, and accountability
- Hands-on experience working directly with participants and NDIS support coordinators
- Established relationships and networks within the NDIS sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong spoken English
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Passion for participant-focused service delivery
