This agency is a boutique, well-established marketing agency with a solid reputation and a busy portfolio.

They are looking for an experienced new business specialist to join their team on a 3 day per week basis. This is a hybrid role, where you will work 2 days WFH and 1 day per week in the office, and meetings in the office as required, located in Bella Vista, Sydney.

This role will support the Managing Director across new business development, seeking and sourcing, pitching and lead generation.

Your skills and Experience:

- Excellent project management skills and organisation
- Can confidently prioritise work, based on client needs
- New Business experience - confident to approach companies
- A people person. Works well in a small team with a variety of personality types
- Empathetic with clear emotional intelligence. Can monitor and adapt your own behaviour based on what you observe around you




- You can form and nurture relationships with people of all levels and job types (both within and outside the agency)
- Take a collaborative approach. You can articulate a point of view, and are willing to listen to others
- A self-starter. Can confidently manage yourself and others where needed

You will have solid communication skills and are a confident presenter. You will proactively nurture client relationships across a number of formats -in person, over video calls, on the phone, over email and chat. If you have an interest and appreciation of new business, have prior agency experience - this may be within Account Management with lead generation and new business remit, and are looking for a part time role - we would love to hear from you.
