About the role

Neptune Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our energetic sales team in White Rock, QLD.

This is a full-time position where you will be at the forefront of our business, building relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them through their journey of building a new home.

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and representing the Neptune Homes brand with professionalism and expertise. This role is based in our White Rock Display Homes, allowing you to work directly with clients and have a strong presence in the western corridor.

Key responsibilities

- Identifying client needs and preferences to recommend suitable home options that align with their requirements

- Guiding clients from initial enquiry through to contract signing

- Providing detailed information and advice about floor plans, specifications and pricing

- Conducting walk-throughs and showcasing the features and advantages of building with Neptune Homes

- Preparing quotations and sales documentation

- Nurturing leads and maintaining regular communication

- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of customers through relationship and CRM management

- Providing exceptional customer service at all times in line with our brand

- Networking with key external stakeholders and referral partners

- Staying on top of about market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the new homes space

- Ability to work autonomously and manage your display homes

- Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve sales targets consistently

- Motivated with a results-driven approach

- Proficiency in CRM management

- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport





- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- A positive attitude, resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment

- Strong knowledge of the Ipswich, Logan and Brisbane markets

- Sound understanding of the home construction process and building terminology

What we offer

- Uncapped Commissions with OTE of $250K+

- Non-refundable Base Salary + 2% Commission
