The Opportunity

We're seeking an agency-trained recruitment leader to take full ownership of our two NSW branches – a $40 million region with established blue-collar labour hire teams, strong client foundations, and significant headroom to grow.

This isn't a maintenance role. It's a mandate to set the pace, raise the bar, and build something that outlasts you.

With full P&L; accountability, you'll shape strategy, drive commercial performance, and build a culture where high output is the expectation and the rewards reflect it. You'll operate with genuine autonomy, backed by national leadership, and make decisions that move the region forward.

Your focus will include:

- Own the NSW region's commercial performance and growth trajectory

- Build a high-accountability, high-output team culture

- Deepen client partnerships and expand market presence

- Embed the structure that enables disciplined, sustainable scale

Who You Are

You’re an agency recruitment leader who thrives in performance-driven environments.

You understand margin, momentum, and market share. You know what good looks like and you know how to lift a team to reach it.

You bring:

- Proven leadership success within agency recruitment

- Strong commercial instinct and hands-on P&L; experience

- The ability to coach, challenge, and develop high-performing recruiters

- Exposure to blue-collar labour hire (advantageous)

You’re ambitious, competitive, and energised by ownership. You want the authority to lead change and the accountability that comes with it.
