About the Role
As a Nurse Educator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of nursing education by guiding students through academic and clinical learning.
You will:
- Deliver and assess the HLT54121 – Diploma of Nursing program
- Facilitate clinical placements and simulated training sessions
- Mentor and support students to build clinical confidence and competence
- Maintain professional and industry currency
- Contribute to continuous improvement of curriculum and teaching quality
Skills And Experiences
About You
You are a proactive and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys supporting and empowering students.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN)
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
- Acute ward experience is desirable
- At least 1 year of teaching/training experience is desirable
- TAE40122 / TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Passion for nursing education, mentorship, and student engagement
Experience as a Nurse Educator is highly regarded.
