You’ll work alongside an established clinical team and another Nurse Practitioner, with strong support from senior leadership and specialist clinical staff.
About the Role
As an experienced Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced clinical care within a supportive residential aged care environment, working autonomously while collaborating closely with RNs, clinical leaders, GPs and other health professionals.
This role would suit a confident NP who can bring strong clinical judgement, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and help strengthen advanced practice capability across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration and Nurse Practitioner endorsement
- 5+ years’ experience as an RN, with at 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner
- Advanced clinical knowledge across acute and chronic conditions in older adults
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with Doctors, Allied Health, clinical teams and senior executives
