Knox Early Learning Centre is a brand current 100-place early learning service opening soon in Wantirna. Family owned and operated. We are looking for passionate, experienced, and driven educators who genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and the wider community. As a brand new service, we are creating a team of exceptional educators who believe in high-quality practice, strong relationships, meaningful environments, and a culture of collaboration and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Create positive outcomes for children
- Contribute to purposeful, thoughtful and engaging environments
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Compliance and Child Safety
- Demonstrate deep understanding of National Quality Standards
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Quality improvement Plan
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Planning cycle and meaningful documentation
- Work as a team player and value communication and collaboration
- Bring initiative, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood education
- Help build a strong culture from the ground up
About you
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
- An understanding of Compliance and Child Safety
- An understanding of National Quality Standards
- An understanding of Quality improvement Plan
- An understanding of Planning cycle and meaningful documentation
- Passionate about creating positive outcomes for children
- Team player who values communication and collaboration
- Bring initiative, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood education
- Willingness to plan and implement excursions/ incursions
