Rehabilitation Consultant - Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor

An prospect for a Rehabilitation Consultant (Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor) is now on offer with their Inner West / Sydney team!

The Role:

- Proactively manage a reasonable caseload, allowing you to focus on quality
- Case management across a broad referral base, including SIRA, DVA, Life Insurance & Comcare
- Vocational assessments & counselling
- Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to achieve RTW outcomes
- Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
- Provide training & coaching to other team members as the team grows, in line with your skills & areas of interest
- Work from Inner West Office, with travel to clients around Sydney Metro & surrounds
- On-site during your induction & probation to make the most of hands-on learning, then a flexible working arrangement between home & office

The Ideal Candidate:

- AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Full or Provisional, with supervision in place) or Full ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 1 year+ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation preferred - clinical candidates or graduates with a specific interest in the industry are welcome to apply
- Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space & build a career in Occ Rehab!
- Organised, proactive & motivated
- Thrives working independently & contributing to a multidisciplinary team
- A reliable vehicle & driver's licence
- Eligible to work in Australia
