We're looking for someone who's curious, outstanding with people and gets genuine satisfaction from helping someone understand something or solve a problem.

You'll start by learning Expert Estimation, our cost estimating software used across the construction, mining and civil infrastructure industries.

- We'll teach you the software.

What we're looking for is someone who listens, learns, asks good questions and can talk comfortably with all kinds of people.

Once you've built your product knowledge, you'll start supporting our clients — helping them get more from the software, answering questions and finding practical solutions when something isn't working as they expect.

From there, the role grows with you.

Depending on your strengths, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in:

- Sales conversations and understanding what clients need.
- Software demonstrations.
- Client onboarding.
- Working with our Development team to test new features and share feedback from clients.
- Delivering training courses.
- Potential travel around Australia delivering training courses.

You might currently work in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, coaching, training,



technology or something we haven't thought of.

We're less interested in your current job title and more interested in how you work with people.

Can you explain something to a complete beginner without making them feel out of their depth, then have an equally good conversation with someone who's been doing it for 20 years? Do you listen before jumping in with an answer? If you say you'll do something, do you follow through?

Those things matter to us.

Full-time, office-based role in Brendale, QLD

38-hour working week
