Looking for a developer/DevOps profile to build and expose APIs on. Focus is on solid, standards-compliant implementation rather than architectural leadership. The scope of APIs to be exposed is generally defined; the candidate is expected to implement to specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement APIs on the APIGee platform in line with Optus's internal API standards and TM Forum (TMF) standards.
- Support productization of deliverables
- Work within API standards defined (e.g. TMF Open APIs, CAMARA), implementing to agreed specifications rather than defining current architecture.
- Collaborate with the broader platform teams (including the OpenShift migration workstream) as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- Development experience with API design and implementation (REST/similar), including exposure to TM Forum (TMF) Open API standards and CAMARA
- DevOps/CI-CD familiarity to support build and deployment of API services.
- Working knowledge of platform environments such as Kubernetes/OpenShift is beneficial
- Ability to work to defined API/architecture standards and specifications with moderate guidance.
- Telecom/OSS domain exposure is a plus but not mandatory
