I’m currently recruiting for a Manager – Operational Risk opportunity within a leading financial services organisation.

This is a Line 2 Operational Risk role, partnering closely with Line 1 to provide oversight, constructive challenge and risk expertise across the business.

The role will focus on:

- RCSA facilitation, risk assessments and control effectiveness
- Incident & issue management, including root cause analysis and remediation
- Risk-in-change across major projects and initiatives
- Operational risk reporting, thematic analysis and emerging trends
- GRC systems, risk data and action tracking
- Building robust relationships with senior business stakeholders and strengthening risk culture

What they’re looking for:

- 5+ years’ experience across Operational Risk, Risk & Assurance, Compliance or a related discipline
- Strong financial services experience
- Hands-on RCSA experience
- Solid incident, issue and remediation experience
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to provide constructive challenge
- Experience working in a Line 2 environment
- GRC / risk systems experience highly regarded
