We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and junior professionals who are passionate about business operations, process improvement, data analysis, and using insights to improve organizational efficiency.

? Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data, processes, and business performance metrics.

• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify operational trends.

• Collect, validate, and maintain accurate operational data.

• Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational and management decisions.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and operational challenges.

• Develop and maintain Excel, Power BI, or other analytical reports and dashboards.

• Track project progress, operational performance, and service-level metrics.

• Assist with forecasting, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.

• Document business processes, procedures, and workflow improvements.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of new operational processes.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics,



Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- 0–2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
