Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations / Financial Analyst to support business performance through financial analysis, operational reporting, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves analyzing financial and operational data, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends and risks, and providing actionable insights to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities include

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and performance opportunities.

- Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, management reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.

- Monitor key financial and operational metrics, including revenue, costs, profitability, productivity, and efficiency.

- Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant deviations from budgets, forecasts, and business targets.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and scenario analysis activities.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost management, and operational performance.

- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational information.

- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Technology, and other teams on business initiatives and performance improvement projects.

- Support business cases, investment analysis, pricing analysis, and other strategic financial assessments.

- Investigate operational and financial issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions.





- Develop and maintain financial and operational databases, models, reporting tools, and documentation.

- Contribute to process automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

- Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and business operations.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP systems, or other financial and analytical tools is an advantage.

- Ability to perform financial modeling, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario analysis.

- Strong understanding of KPIs, operational performance measurement, and process improvement principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

- Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial and operational findings clearly to stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Ability to work collaboratively across Finance, Operations, and other business functions.

- Proactive, commercially aware, and results-oriented approach to analysis and problem-solving.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
