About the Position
Due to growth a newly created position has been opened to further develop the companies workflow, construction and operational systems.
About the Position
Responsibilities will include
- High level executive support to General Manager of Building
- Management meetings and actions
- Business improvement across construction and presite operations
- Optimising operational workflow
- Systems, technology and automation using various programs and AI
- Trade and supplier engagement
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years experience in construction administration or operations in residential construction
- Operationally focused, process driven and methodical approach
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skill
- Strong attention to detail
- EA experience highly regarded
