We have an exciting new opportunity for a Operations Coordinator to join the team. This diverse role will have you working across an exciting scope of work, giving you the chance to be involved in a variety of projects and services.

Joining a fun & tight knit supportive team, this role will be suitable for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with previous experience within the mining industry. If you have a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a collaborative team, this one’s for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination & Engagement with our International teams – being proactively involved with our crews with regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team

- Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in recent markets

- Providing expertise on services available within the Group

- Embracing the Mader Culture by ensuring your teams are well looked after – Our employees are #1

- Site visits will be required – Willing to international travel to support our clients

Skills & Experience:





- A robust background in a similar role in the Mobile Maintenance space

- Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician, or Boilermaker – highly desired

- Outstanding customer relations and people management skills

- Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans

- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

- High-level communication and negotiating skills

- Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite

- Competent conflict resolution skills

- Valid driver’s licence
