A respected and continuously growing Australian company within the construction industry is searching for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a high-performing production facility and help drive the next stage of its growth.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll be trusted to run the operation as if it were your own, leading production, warehousing, logistics and continuous improvement while building a culture centred around accountability, safety and operational excellence.

About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the manufacturing operation, ensuring production runs efficiently, customers receive outstanding service, and the business continues to improve every day.

You'll be leading from the front, working closely with your leadership team and remaining highly visible across the operation. This role is suited to someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, coaching teams, removing roadblocks and driving a culture where high standards become the norm.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire production,



warehouse and dispatch teams to consistently achieve operational targets.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production output is delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- Develop and execute production plans that maximise productivity while meeting customer delivery expectations.
- Manage inventory, raw materials and stock accuracy to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and reduce operational waste.
- Champion workplace health and safety while maintaining a culture of compliance and accountability.
- Monitor key operational metrics including productivity, labour efficiency, downtime and operating costs.
- Partner closely with the sales team to align production capacity with customer demand and business growth.
- Mentor supervisors and emerging leaders, building capability across the operation.
- Provide regular operational reporting, insights and recommendations to senior management.

Salary and Benefits Base $140k - $160k | Car or Car Allowance | Super 12% | Bonus
