We're looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our Operations Team in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to move beyond the tools and take ownership of people, safety, site performance and operational delivery. You'll play a key role in mentoring our traffic control teams, maintaining high safety and compliance standards, supporting clients and helping ensure our daily operations run efficiently.

What you'll be doing

You'll be a visible and hands-on leader, working closely with our Traffic Controllers, State Manager and operational team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

� Mentoring, coaching and training Traffic Controllers to perform safely and effectively.

� Conducting site inspections, audits, safety observations and assessments.

� Ensuring employees are appropriately licensed, competent and ready for work.

� Monitoring compliance with WHS legislation, company procedures, SWMS and operational requirements.

� Managing performance and promoting a highly engaged, productive and safety-conscious workforce.

� Responding to client requests and maintaining strong client relationships.

� Providing operational support and assisting with scheduling and deployment of resources.

� Monitoring worksite performance and identifying opportunities to improve procedures and outcomes.

� Escalating incidents, client feedback and operational issues appropriately.

� Supporting day-to-day depot operations, administration and reporting.

� Ensuring vehicles, equipment and signage are maintained and managed appropriately.

You'll be the important link between management and our field teams, providing clear communication, practical support and leadership when it matters.





What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who combines robust traffic management experience with genuine leadership capability.

You'll ideally have:

� Extensive experience as a Traffic Controller.

� Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, or the desire and capability to take the next step.

� A strong understanding of workplace safety, compliance and operational procedures.

� Excellent communication and people-management skills.

� The confidence to hold people accountable while building a positive team culture.

� Strong organisational and planning skills.

� The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

� A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.

� A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

� The ability to build positive relationships with clients, employees and management.
