We're looking for an Outlet Supervisor to join our team at Royal North Shore Hospital, running the floor across our QSR outlets and making sure every order that goes out is delivered to a high standard.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves the fast pace of QSR and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be the person the team turns to when something needs sorting, and the one holding the standard when it comes to brand, presentation, and quality. If you're the type who's already three steps ahead of a problem, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

- Run the pass, calling orders and keeping service flowing smoothly through peak periods




- Spot issues before they become problems and act fast to keep the outlet running
- Communicate with the kitchen on stock needs and timing to avoid gaps or delays
- Check and manage stock levels, flagging shortages and supporting ordering
- Hold the line on food quality, presentation, and brand standards every shift
- Support, coach, and motivate the team on shift to keep standards high
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and GEMA policies across the outlet
- Champion the brand, be the person the team looks to for what "on brand" actually looks like

About You

- Experience supervising or working the floor in a QSR or quick-paced food service environment
- A genuine brand advocate, you care about getting it right, every time
- Calm under pressure, with a knack for spotting problems early
- High attention to detail, particularly around presentation and food safety
- Strong communicator, comfortable directing a team and liaising with kitchen staff
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across a busy healthcare site
