About the Role
Scottvale Health Club is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. Based onsite at our Toowoomba, Queensland clinic, this flexible role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy services directly to clients within our health centre. You will be supported by our in office Allied Health Assistants, who assist with implementing therapy plans and maintaining client engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting i n-person, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional abilities, limitations, and support needs

- Developing and overseeing individualised treatment plans to enhance independence, safety, and quality of life

- Delivering therapeutic interventions onsite, including cognitive training, functional skill development, and recommendations for adaptive equipment or environmental modifications

- Coordinating with Allied Health Assistants to ensure therapy plans are carried out effectively and safely

- Collaborating with clients, families, and other health professionals to provide coordinated care

- Maintaining accurate client records and contributing to the development of therapy resources

- Participating in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development activities

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience,



ideally in community-based or rehabilitation settings

- Registration with AHPRA as a practicing Occupational Therapist

- Strong clinical reasoning and practical assessment/intervention skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support in-person client and team interactions

- Effective time management and organisational skills to manage a centre-based caseload

- A passion for empowering clients to achieve goals and live independently
